I would be delighted to help you sharpen your vision for your life so that you can focus your thoughts, behaviors and actions on the things that will bring true fulfillment in all that you do.

About Me

Portrait

I have a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Organizational development, as well as a certificate in Human Capital Strategy. In my 15 years of experience in global consulting and professional services firms and leadership positions, I have developed an expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development and Career Counseling & Mentoring . In addition, I have provided career and relationship advice on various websites.

My method is to start by challenging you to be completely honest in what you are looking for in your professional and personal life. Only then will you be able to develop a clear picture of how you got to where you are and how to get to a happier future. We will then develop your values and goals and then determine if you are thinking, speaking and acting in ways that are consistent with them. Finally, we will come up with action items, both small and big in order to help you achieve the true vision and purpose for your life.

While I will get to know you personally, I will apply business principles and a specific methodology to our coaching sessions which are structured toward achieving results. I hold myself accountable for your growth, so I purposely use methods that are measurable and not abstract. That being said, I will also hold you accountable for achieving your own results. My passion is to help others and I truly hope you will allow me the privilege of helping you discover yours!
